-Chili Cook-Off is coming up on March 25! If you are able to help us find donations
For our silent auction look for a  sign-up for items to be emailed soon!
-Make Chili for the chili cook-off and win!  We need entrants.  Perfect your recipe 
This weekend and look for entry forms soon!
-Many of our Band Students are involved in the HS Musical “Tuck Everlasting” 
-Next Concert is May 7 at 7:00pm in the FAC
-Charms School Code is “Caledoniaband” sometimes the calendar link below asks

Volunteer Details - For Winterguard Invite Volunteers

First, Thank You!!! It is because of your efforts this weekend  that we are going to have a 
great event for supporting our students in this awesome activity! We have filled all of the 
volunteer slots and are ready for a great day.  
Please check your email Throughout the weekend, any updates or additions to your 
job description will be Communicated to you.  After we finish our initial set-up on Saturday
Evening I am going to update descriptions just in case something changes. 
WHEN YOU ARRIVE on Sunday - go to the main entrance of the High School.  It will be
Labeled “Unit Check-In”.  This is where you will check-in, get your volunteer badge, and 
Receive a printed copy of your job description with any specifics to just you filled out. 
FEEDBACK - After the event As this is the first time we have hosted please provide us 
With feedback on your job description.  For example, if there is something you ended
Up doing that was not listed, or could have been listed in greater detail please let 
Mr. Wellfare know.

Winterguard Invitational Volunteers Needed

On Sunday March 1 we are hosting 17 Winterguard groups from across the state, and judges from
Around the country!  This is our First year hosting an event of this magnitude and we will need many volunteers to help it be a successful fundraising event for our Band Boosters!
Times are included Next to each sign-up event and volunteer responsibilities will be posted 
soon if there are any Questions about the various jobs.
