CalBands: Announcements Week of December 24

-Chili Cook-Off Jazz Night is coming on March 20. Auction items and other needs
will be communicated soon.
-MSBOA Jazz Festival will be hosted by CHS on March 14. Adult and student help
will be needed to help with this event and showcase our program to 15 schools from
across Michigan.
Functions/Hospitality:

-Sign-ups for ushers and other hospitality opportunities will be added to the calendar soon!

CalBands: Dessert Donations

Dear CalBands Parents and Students,
We would like to be able to share a dessert with everyone after the concert Tuesday.  
If you are able to bring a handheld dessert to share it would make our post concert
lobby reception special for everyone.
There will be a table set up in the lobby to drop of your dessert when you arrive.

CalBands: Announcements Week of December 17

Below are your announcements for the week of December 17.
-Christmas Concert is THIS Tuesday, December 18 - join us in the lobby after
the show for a dessert reception.
-Are you able to help at our christmas concert?
CLICK HERE to bring a dessert - just set it on the table in the lobby when you arrive.
CLICK HERE to Be an Usher - Arrive by 6:15 - 1 or 2 parents per door
(two main floor, two balcony) hand out programs and greet those arriving.
-Ham and Cookie Dough Fundraiser pick-up is Monday.
