Concert Links

Below you will find links to the individual pieces we performed
in our “Virtual Collage Concert: Celebrating our Seniors” event.

I have also included the senior slide show as a separate link.
You will want to watch this again because Ryan Stearns and
Nathan Snyder have been added! (sorry for forgetting you!
Lesson learned: keep scrolling to the bottom of the folder)

Feel free to share with your families and friends to celebrate
your amazing students' success during Distance Learning!

School Owned Instrument Return Information

Earlier this week you received information from CHS regarding
the process for returning school owned property, including instruments.

If you plan on returning next year, and your school owned instrument
is functioning properly you are welcome to keep it over the summer.

If your school owned instrument needs repair, or you are not returning,
please return it and include a note in the case with your first and last name
and what needs to be repaired. Please Note: repair services are operating
at reduced capacity, so it may be some time before we can return it to you.

Please click here to view the communication from CHS for any other
details/questions.

Virtual Concert Information

I'm very excited to announce that our final Band concert of the year,
the "Virtual Collage Concert: Honoring Our Seniors," will be taking
place Today, May 26 at 8PM

This will be a live YouTube Premiere of our concert video and
feature the outstanding work that our students have done over
the past 4 weeks.  It will then be available as a normal
YouTube video, that you can watch at any time.  Please set a
reminder in your phone/calendar so that you can watch it live with us.

We will send out the link to the YouTube Premiere later today.
Mr. Liker and I have been working as fast as we can to get everything
put together on time, and are still adding final details.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE!

Dear Band Seniors,

Yesterday would have been our final concert celebrating all of your success so far and your
amazing futures!  We still want to celebrate you, and are working toward our
“Virtual Collage Concert: Honoring our Seniors” online event.

We know that an online event can’t replace the real thing, but we still want to honor
your commitment to our program and hear about your amazing futures!

Could you please reply to this email and attach the following:
(if the files are to big you can send them in separate emails, or share them via google drive also)

1 - Senior Picture
1 - Baby Picture
1 - Short video saying your name, what instrument you play,  and what you are doing in the
future (college, work, etc)

Seniors you can also feel free to submit recordings of your bands music with the click track
and we will edit you into the virtual performance we are creating.  I know many of you are
done, so just do your best with the time you have and we will edit it to make sure you sound great.
Everything you need to know to do this can be found in google classroom for your band.

Finally, there are a few other traditions we need to maintain (senior song, for example).
Look in your email for more information on this early next week.
