Operations/logistics:

-Trailer Lighting and other updates are slated to start after Christmas Break.

-New Covers for Percussion Instruments - are in the design stage. Mr. Wellfare needs help sowing
and deciding materials. Email Mr. Wellfare if you can help us out: wellfarek@calschools.org

Special Events:

-Chili Cook-Off Jazz Night is coming on March 20. Auction items and other needs will be communicated soon.

-MSBOA Jazz Festival will be hosted by CHS on March 14. Adult and student help will be needed to help
with this event and showcase our program to 15 schools from across Michigan.

Functions/Hospitality:

-Sign-ups for ushers and other hospitality opportunities will be added to the calendar soon!
